# Cheowlan Untold > Cheowlan Untold is a licensed tour operator (TAT licence 44/00518) based at Cheow Lan Lake, Ban Ta Khun, Surat Thani, Thailand. It runs five one-day guided experiences on Cheow Lan Lake (also called Khao Sok Lake) and in Khao Sok National Park, each on fixed days of the week, 2,500–7,900 THB per adult. Pick-up on the Cheowlan side only; from Khao Sok town, meet the boat at Ratchaprapha Pier at 06:20. ## Rules that apply to every booking - Shared group: minimum 2 guests per booking, maximum 15 per departure. Minimum age 5; under-18s with an adult. Prices are per person and the same all year. - One experience per day. The lake day and the sunrise boat are never booked on consecutive days; a land day sits between them. - Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Khao Sok and on the Cheowlan side is included on every experience except Before the World Wakes (Cheowlan side only). Khao Sok town and the Cheowlan side are about 45 minutes apart. - Included: local English-speaking guide, activities and equipment listed, meals as listed, drinking water, accident insurance. - Not included: Khao Sok National Park entrance fee, 340 THB per adult and 170 THB per child, paid in cash at the gate on the day, for each day inside the park. It applies to the lake day, the trek day and the sunrise boat. No advance or online ticket exists. - Cancellation: free cancellation (100% refund) 10 or more days before the date; 50% refund 3–9 days before; no refund under 3 days or no-show. Date changes free 10 or more days before, subject to availability. - Bookings close at 16:00 Bangkok time the day before. Payment by card at booking; no cash on the day except the park fee. - Rain does not cancel a day; days run in every season.
